Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, sauna, heavy exercise or sun exposure during the peel process, as these activities may cause irritation.

Q. How soon can I resume my regular skincare routine? You may resume your normal skin care products, including AHA’s, BHA’s, retinols, on day 10+, as long as you have completely finished the peeling process.
